The company delivers fibre optic network solutions, security systems, access control technologies and IT infrastructure services for residential, hospitality and commercial developments.
Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a capable Business Development Manager to support market expansion and strengthen client relationships across New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the building technology and infrastructure sector
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, property managers, contractors and commercial clients
3. Develop sales strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue
4. Prepare business proposals, quotations and service presentations for potential clients
5. Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements
6. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to support business planning
7. Represent the company in meetings, networking events and industry activities
8. Support long-term customer relationship management and account development
Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
Previous experience in business development, sales or account management
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build long-term client relationships and identify new market opportunities
Experience working with commercial clients or infrastructure-related industries is preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple business initiatives
