Job Description:

  • We are currently seeking skilled Balinese Massage Therapists to join our team and
    bring the spirit of East Day to life through authentic, nurturing experiences. If you’re
    dedicated to your craft and ready to work in a supportive, inspiring environment, we’d
    love to hear from you. Guaranteed 30 hours of work per week.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform traditional Balinese massage treatments focusing on the soft tissues of
    the body, including muscles, tendons, and ligaments, to support healing and
    overall well-being
  • Use a variety of massage techniques to enhance physical performance, reduce
    the risk of injury, and support recovery
  • Administer therapeutic treatments aimed at promoting relaxation, boosting
    circulation, and easing muscle tension
  • Assess individual client needs and specific soft tissue conditions to provide
    tailored treatment and rehabilitation advice
  • Incorporate complementary methods such as acupressure, herbal compresses,
    infra-red therapy, essential oils, and other traditional healing aids to support the
    body’s natural recovery process
  • Evaluate clients’ physical conditions and case histories, offering guidance on
    relaxation practices and recommended stretching exercises


Skills & Qualifications:

  • NZ Register Diploma OR at least three years of relevant work experience
    (Massage Therapy)
