Key Responsibilities

• Grill & Fry Station Management: Expertly cook beef, lamb, chicken, and fish patties to temperature. Operate deep fryers for chips, wedges, calamari, and nuggets.
• Kebab & Iskender Preparation: Shave and prepare meats for kebabs and Iskender rice meals. Assemble wraps with precision, including fresh salads (lettuce, carrot, red cabbage, and onion) and signature sauces.
• Burger Construction: Build our signature burger range—including the "Fat Boy Double" and "Big Chef Lamb"—with specific toppings like beetroot, smashed egg, and melted cheese as per the house recipe.
• Prep Work: Prepare fresh ingredients daily, including slicing vegetables, portioning rice, and prepping garlic bread/cheesy garlic bread.
• Quality Control: Ensure all "Meat on Fries" and Rice Meals are plated attractively and served hot.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a spotless workstation in an open-kitchen environment. Adhere to all food hygiene and safety regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 06 months of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a fast-casual or takeaway setting.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to multitask across the grill, fryer, and assembly station simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Mediterranean/Turkish Cuisine: Familiarity with Iskender meals, falafel, and kebab assembly is a major plus.
• Speed & Accuracy: Ability to handle high-volume periods (lunch and dinner rushes) without compromising on quality.
• Communication: Clear communication with front-of-house staff to ensure "Coffee & Drinks" and "Milkshakes" are timed perfectly with food orders.
