Pure NZ Gift Ltd is located in Queenstown, South Island. We sell top-quality New Zealand gifts, souvenir, and health products to tourist in Queenstown. We now need four Retail Sales to help us to provide top-quality service. This is a full-time job with guaranteed hours of 30 hours per week, but normally you should have more than 40 hours per week workloads.  

 

The job involves the following tasks and duties: 

 

·      Greeting customer with warm welcome and explaining our products

·      Responding to customer inquiries.

·      Obtaining customer needs and advise on product use and price.

·      Selling gifts, souvenir, health products and other products available

·      Arranging domestic and international courier delivery when necessary.

·      Accepting payment, issuing invoice, and keeping records of transactions.

·      Assisting with stock takes and stock management.

·      stacking and displaying goods for sale, and wrapping and packing goods sold

·      Ensure the shop has clean and tidy environment

 

Requirement for this role

·      At least level 1 qualification in hospitality or retail, Bachelor Degree in any major can also meet the qualification requirement.  

·      You should have good interpersonal and communication skills.

·      You need to speak fluent Mandarin as most of our customers speak Mandarin

·      You should be able to work during the weekend and sometimes at the evening because we open seven days a week and from 9AM to 10PM
