We are looking for a Retail Supervisor for our company, who possess great personality and is a genuine people person with a customer focus to join our small, dedicated team.
The ideal candidate must have a can-do attitude, be a team player, know how to have fun while working hard, and be willing to learn new skills. It is a full-time permanent role with a minimum guarantee of 30 hours of work per week.

You will be required to cover all areas of retail operations: -
 To provide our customers with a first-class customer experience
 To keep the store looking amazing by keeping the store always maintained, well displayed and clean & tidy always
 Understand customer requirements and provide them with accurate advice and offers available.
 Introduce and demonstrate the food items available, and their combo offers for the customers.
 Embody a professional attitude and excellent personal presentations.
 Provide them with in-depth knowledge about the products available if required.
 Help the Retail Manager with the documentation work such as sales invoices, finance paperwork etc.
 Accept payments for the orders and manage the deliveries.
 Assist the Retail manager and other staff with maintenance of the store.
 Collaborate and support team members to achieve goals
 Other general duties such as wiping down, cleaning all work areas etc.

The successful applicant must hold excellent customer service skills. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
Applicants for this position should be New Zealand citizens/residents or hold a valid NZ work
visa.
