Maximum hourly rate (high salary range): 42
Pay frequent: Four weekly

Job Description:

1. Forklift Operation

• Operate forklifts and other lifting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload goods from trucks, containers, and storage areas.
• Move products, pallets, and materials to designated locations within the warehouse or yard.
• Stack and store goods in accordance with company procedures.

2. Warehouse Handling

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch when required.

• Ensure correct placement and organization of inventory.
• Assist with receiving and checking incoming goods.
• Ensure accurate handling of products to prevent damage.

3. Safety and Compliance

• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
• Conduct daily forklift safety checks and report any faults or maintenance issues.
• Ensure safe storage and handling of materials at all times.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

4. Inventory Support

• Assist with stocktaking and inventory control when required.
• Record movement of goods where necessary.
• Report discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors.

5. General Duties

• Assist with general warehouse tasks as required.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Support efficient warehouse operations to meet company targets.

Job requirement:

• Please have 6 month of work experience, or;
• Valid forklift licence or certification (OSH/F endorsement preferred).
• Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong awareness of workplace safety practices.
• Ability to handle physical work and lift heavy items when required.
• Good attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
