Wise Home Construction Limited is an Auckland-based construction company. We are looking for 3 carpenters to join the team.

Requirement:

  • Have at least two years of carpentry-related work experience.
  • Eyes for details and a hard-working attitude
  • Being physically fit
  • Pass drug, alcohol, and medical tests
  • A full driver's license with own reliable transport, as this position requires shifting from site to site
  • Working hours between 7am to 8pm Monday to Saturday

Job Description：

Candidates will need to perform the following tasks:

  • Study drawings and specifications to determine the material required
  • Order and select timbers and other materials and prepare layouts
  • Cutting material and assembling and nailing cut and shaped parts
  • Erect framework
  • Nailing fascia panels and fitting exterior wall cladding and door and window frames
  • Assembling prepared wood to form structures
  • Cutting joints
  • Repairing existing fittings
  • May work with plastic laminates
