Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and supervise daily manufacturing and production activities
Develop and manage production schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time
Oversee workflow across production processes and ensure efficient use of resources
Supervise and support factory staff to maintain productivity and performance
Monitor product quality and ensure manufacturing standards are maintained
Coordinate with design, project and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Identify opportunities to improve production processes and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards

Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a production management, manufacturing supervision or operations management role
Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong leadership and organisational skills
