MING GROUP SOLUTIONS LIMITED is a building and house construction company based in Mangere, Auckland. The company provides services including fencing, paving, landscaping, artificial grass installation, decking, concrete works, driveway construction, stone walls, and planting for residential projects.

We are looking for 1 full-time Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be work a minimum of 30 hours per week, and you will be responsible for:

Job Duties:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company, including expenses and bank reconciliations.
  • Process invoices, manage vendor payments, and ensure timely receipt of customer payments.
  • Calculate and process employee payroll, including deductions, taxes, and benefits.
  • Assist in tracking inventory purchases and stock levels, ensuring accurate costing.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Assist in preparing and filing tax returns, and ensure compliance with local and national tax regulations.
  • Assist in developing and managing budgets, providing insights and recommendations to improve profitability and reduce costs.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and coding of transactions within the accounting software.
  • Monitoring cashflow to ensure smoothy operations of the business and make bank deposits.
  • Collaborate with the management team to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

 

About you:

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the same field OR
  • NZQCF Level 4 qualification or above,No specific major is required if you have a bachelor's qualification or above.
  • Physically fit with a clear criminal record
