Courier Driver

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver packages in a timely, safe manner

• Load and unload items with care

• Plan and follow the most efficient routes

• Liaise with dispatchers and customers to provide timely updates on deliveries, including any delays

• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries

• Handle delivery paperwork and updates via mobile app

• Carry out pre-vehicle checks and ensure the vehicle is clean and well-maintained

Requirements:

• • Valid Full Class 1 Driver's License with a clean driving record

  • Prior experience preferred but not required

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move packages up to 25 kg safely and repeatedly throughout the day

  • Strong time management and communication skills

  • Competence with smartphones, GPS, and delivery tracking applications

  • Available to start early mornings, with flexibility to work weekends or extended hours if required

  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and a Ministry of Justice background check

  • Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
