The Role

You will lead a small team delivering machinery relocation and installation projects across industrial sites.
Work includes planning the move, selecting the correct rigging equipment, and safely relocating heavy plant and equipment.

Your day to day work may include:
• Leading machinery moving jobs across factory and industrial sites
• Rigging and relocating large plant and industrial equipment
• Operating specialised equipment including hydraulic gantries and sliding systems
• Selecting slings, shackles and rigging gear based on load calculations
• Coordinating with crane operators and site crews during lifts
• Securing loads safely for transport using specialised trailers
• Driving or assisting with transport of machinery and equipment
• Maintaining strong safety practices and job documentation

Every job is different. Many involve tight spaces, complex lifts, and technical problem solving.

What We Need

• Experience in machinery moving, rigging, heavy industry or similar technical work
• Full Class 1 driver licence. Class 2 to 4 license highly desirable. 
• Strong mechanical thinking and problem solving ability
• Natural leadership and ability to guide a small crew
• Good communication and professional attitude on client sites
• Physically capable and comfortable working around heavy equipment
Crane, rigging, or heavy transport experience is highly valued.
