All Trades Contract Services are looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our team to assist our client on a number of residential & commercial projects based in the Bay of Plenty. 

Due to the nature of the industry, there may be the future requirement to work on projects outside of the Bay of Plenty

About the role:

  • $30.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Permanent contract.
  • Minimum guranteed 30 hours per week. 
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience. 

Key Tasks and Responsibilities: 

  • Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications to determine installation requirements.
  • Install kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, including flat panel, shaker, and custom joinery units.
  • Measure, cut, adjust, and fit cabinetry components to ensure accurate installation.
  • Install benchtops, including laminate, engineered stone, and solid surface materials.
  • Fit and adjust cabinetry hardware and fittings, including hinges, drawer runners, handles, and other hardware systems.
  • Install and fit panels, fillers, scribes, kickboards, and trims to achieve a seamless finish.
  • Modify and adjust existing cabinetry to accommodate refacing or renovation projects.
  • Ensure all cabinetry and benchtops are level, square, aligned, and securely fixed.
