Ayuora Property Services delivers property management and specialist cleaning services to commercial clients. Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team and help maintain high cleaning standards across multiple sites.

Job Description

As a Cleaner at Ayuora, you will maintain cleanliness and hygiene in commercial premises across Wellington. This full-time, permanent role typically requires 32+ hours per week.

Please note:

  • Working hours vary and may include after-office hours, mornings, and weekends.
  • You will need to travel between multiple commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean commercial premises, including offices and other facilities
  • Vacuum, mop, and dust surfaces
  • Clean kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas
  • Remove rubbish and maintain tidy outdoor areas when required
  • Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively
  • Report maintenance issues or damage to management
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard within scheduled timeframes

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Good time management, reliability, and flexibility
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
  • Ability to travel between different sites
  • A full New Zealand driver licence is an advantage
  • Legally allowed to work in New Zealand
  • Willingness to undergo random drug testing if required
  • Must be MOJ-checked; a criminal history check may be conducted if necessary
