Ayuora Property Services delivers property management and specialist cleaning services to commercial clients. Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team and help maintain high cleaning standards across multiple sites.
Job Description
As a Cleaner at Ayuora, you will maintain cleanliness and hygiene in commercial premises across Wellington. This full-time, permanent role typically requires 32+ hours per week.
Please note:
- Working hours vary and may include after-office hours, mornings, and weekends.
- You will need to travel between multiple commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean commercial premises, including offices and other facilities
- Vacuum, mop, and dust surfaces
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas
- Remove rubbish and maintain tidy outdoor areas when required
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively
- Report maintenance issues or damage to management
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard within scheduled timeframes
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good time management, reliability, and flexibility
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
- Ability to travel between different sites
- A full New Zealand driver licence is an advantage
- Legally allowed to work in New Zealand
- Willingness to undergo random drug testing if required
- Must be MOJ-checked; a criminal history check may be conducted if necessary
