Nanak13 Limited T/A Tint and Wrap Boys is a small but rapidly growing automotive services business specialising in car window tinting, vehicle wraps, PPF, ceramic coating, signage, decals, detailing, and residential/commercial window tinting. As the business expands, it requires a Tint & Wrap Training and Development Manager to train team members, develop skill standards, and ensure high‑quality workmanship across all services.

Position Title: Tint & Wrap Training and Development Manager
Number of Positions: 1
Location: Auckland, New Zealand
Pay Rate: $30 – $36 per hour
Hours of Work: 30 – 40 hours per week

Key Requirements

  • 2 Years of experience or Level 4 Qualification.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programmes for tinting, wrapping, PPF, ceramic coating, decals, signage, and detailing.
  • Mentor and upskill staff to ensure consistent workmanship and high‑quality service delivery.
  • Conduct hands‑on demonstrations of installation techniques and safe tool usage.
  • Create training materials, SOPs, skill‑assessment sheets, and quality guidelines.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for skill improvement.
  • Ensure correct handling and installation of films, vinyl, PPF, and tint products.
  • Maintain and enforce workshop health & safety procedures.
  • Train staff on customer service standards and professional presentation.
  • Review job quality across vehicles and tint/wrap projects prior to customer delivery.
  • Support workflow planning, job sequencing, and efficient workshop operations.
