About the role

We are seeking an experienced Landscapers to join our team at Rightmove Recruitment. We have full time ongoing work available throughout Christchurch.
We have 2 different roles 
1. Landscape Foreman - overseeing a team of landscapers
2. Landscapers

The full-time roles will involve designing, installing, and maintaining high-quality landscaping projects for our residential and commercial clients.
Hours of work will be 07:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Starting pay rate will be $26.00 to $35.00 per hour (depending on experience) 

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the installation of landscaping features such as gardens, lawns, water features, and pathways
• Performing ongoing maintenance and upkeep of existing landscaped areas
• Selecting and sourcing appropriate plants, materials, and equipment for each project
• Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and ensure their satisfaction
• Managing a team of landscaping assistants and contractors
• Ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a professional Landscaper
• Strong knowledge of plant species, landscape design principles, and installation techniques
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and technical drawings
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
