About the role
We are seeking skilled and experienced factory workers to join our team at Rightmove Recruitment. As a full-time factory worker, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and assembly process of high-quality building products.

We have morning and afternoon shifts available at various locations around the Christchurch area. These roles are offered on a temp to perm basis and will become permanent for reliable workers.

Starting rate of pay $26.00 to $30.00 per hour depending on experience.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting in the production and assembly of frames and trusses to meet the highest quality standards
• Operating various machinery and tools required for the manufacturing process
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to ensure efficiency and safety
• Collaborating with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment, preferably in the assembly and process work industry
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate various machinery and tools including nail guns
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Car and licence are essential for these roles. Starting times don't generally work with bus timetables
