About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sprinkler Fitter to join our team in Christchurch on a full-time basis. As a Sprinkler Fitter, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems in commercial and industrial buildings.
  
What you'll be doing

  • Installing, testing, and maintaining fire sprinkler systems according to industry standards and regulations
  • Diagnosing and repairing any issues or faults with existing sprinkler systems
  • Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure the successful completion of sprinkler system installations
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all work performed
  • Complying with all relevant health and safety regulations and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Experience as a Sprinkler Fitter 
  • Strong technical knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, including their design, installation, and maintenance
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • A valid class 1 FULL driver's licence and your own reliable transport
