We have three permanent full-time Interior Decorator positions available in Auckland. We are seeking reliable team players who are willing to learn and take on new challenges.
The pay rate ranges from $26 to $35 per hour, with 30 to 45 hours of work per week, including weekend work when required.
We are seeking a candidate with strong skills in interior styling and furniture placement, able to arrange furnishings and decor to create attractive and functional spaces. The ideal applicant can interpret staging plans and follow instructions with attention to detail. The role requires good physical stamina to assist with transporting, assembling, and installing furniture across different properties.
Applicants must have at least two year of relevant work experience or hold a NZQA Level 7 qualification in interior decoration, design, or a related field.
Responsibilities:
● Assisting with staging design and furniture layout for residential properties
● Loading, transporting, and installing staging furniture and décor items
● Assembling and positioning furniture, rugs, artwork, and accessories according to staging plans
● Packing and removing staging furniture after property sales or project completion
● Maintaining and organising staging inventory in the warehouse
● Using basic tools to assemble furniture and carry out minor installation tasks
● Ensuring staging setups are presented neatly and professionally to enhance property appeal
