we need at least 3 years working experiences

Install, test, adjust, and commission refrigeration and air-conditioning systems, including chillers, compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, switches, gauges, and copper piping for refrigerants, chilled water, compressed air, and oil.

Carry out preventative maintenance, system overhauls, and calibration to ensure stable operation of production cold rooms and mushroom growing rooms.

Inspect refrigeration and air-conditioning systems for faults, diagnose technical issues, and repair or replace defective components to minimise downtime in storage and production areas.

Troubleshoot air circulation, temperature, and humidity control issues to maintain consistent environmental conditions required in mushroom growing rooms.

Provide technical advice to management and production staff on system operation, maintenance requirements, and equipment optimisation.

Provide guidance to team members on troubleshooting and safe maintenance practices when working with refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment.

Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, workplace health and safety regulations, and food-production hygiene standards.

Maintain accurate service logs, maintenance records, and equipment performance reports, and communicate recurring issues or improvement opportunities to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
