We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of project activities. This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple tasks, communicate confidently with internal and external teams, and maintain accurate project documentation. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring smooth project operations and timely progress.

Responsibilities:

  •         Assisting with the planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities
  •         Maintaining project documentation, records, and reports to ensure accurate tracking of project progress
  •        Coordinating communication between project managers, internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders
  •          Preparing project schedules, progress updates, and status reports
  •         Arranging and coordinating project meetings, including preparing agendas and recording minutes
  •         Monitoring project timelines and assisting in identifying potential delays or risks
  •        Supporting procurement processes and coordinating project resources and materials
  •         Ensuring project administration complies with organisational procedures and reporting requirements

We are looking for candidates with the preferred attributes: 

·         2 years Relevant Experience /  Relevant Qualification preferred. A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in any field will be considered relevant, and acceptable for this role.

·         Strong organisational and administrative skills

·         Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

·         Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise competing deadlines

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project coordination tools

·         High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
