ABOUT THE ROLE
After comprehensive training, you’ll take over an existing portfolio and drive sales growth. This role blends account management with new business development.
You’ll sell innovative packaging solutions to customers across Building & Construction, Freight & Logistics, Warehousing & Distribution, and Manufacturing.
• Own your Auckland territory and plan your sales strategy independently
• Build and grow strong relationships with existing customers while chasing new opportunities
• Meet clients face-to-face regularly with the support of an efficient internal team
• Provide technical packaging advice and deliver custom, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions
• Lead national promotions and introduce new product initiatives
• Work toward sales and profit targets using strong systems and tools

ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for a results-driven, relationship-focused sales professional with:
• 3+ years’ B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial packaging or technical solution sales
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, construction, 3PL, or food distribution
• A proactive, tenacious mindset – zero cold-call reluctance
• Strong relationship management skills and ability to offer tailored solutions
• Confident, personable, and intelligent communication
• Excellent planning, time management, and data analysis skills
• Comfortable juggling priorities in a dynamic environment
