NAAZ Trade Limited is Auckland's leading Premium vehicle washing and detailing facility for top-tier vehicle care, delivering exceptional washing, polishing, and detailing services to discerning clients. We're seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to support our operations at our bustling Auckland location and help drive our continued success This is a permanent full-time role with a minimum of 35 hours per week.

Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, including team supervision and quality control for washing and detailing services.

  • Manage customer interactions, ensuring premium service delivery and high satisfaction levels.

  • Handle stock management, scheduling, and basic admin tasks to keep things running smoothly.

  • Assist in training staff and implementing process improvements.

  • Support the Manager in achieving business targets and maintaining facility standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • NZ Register Level 2 or 3 qualification (or higher) in a relevant field, OR at least one year of relevant work experience in vehicle detailing, hospitality, or operations.

  • Strong leadership skills with a customer-focused mindset.

  • Physical fitness for a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment.

  • Reliable, enthusiastic team player with great communication.

  • Right to work in New Zealand.
