We're seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to support our operations at our bustling Auckland location and help drive our continued success This is a permanent full-time role with a minimum of 35 hours per week.
Assistant Manager
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, including team supervision and quality control for washing and detailing services.

Manage customer interactions, ensuring premium service delivery and high satisfaction levels.

Handle stock management, scheduling, and basic admin tasks to keep things running smoothly.

Assist in training staff and implementing process improvements.

Support the Manager in achieving business targets and maintaining facility standards.
What We're Looking For:

NZ Register Level 2 or 3 qualification (or higher) in a relevant field, OR at least one year of relevant work experience in vehicle detailing, hospitality, or operations.

Strong leadership skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Physical fitness for a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable, enthusiastic team player with great communication.
