You will be joining a business that is ready to scale but needs the right people to unlock that growth.

The Role

You will join a growing stone business based in Meadowbrook, Queensland.
There are two pathways depending on your strength. Factory fabrication or on-site installation.
Your day to day may include:
  • Fabricating stone benchtops in the factory
  • Gluing edges and completing edge work
  • Arising and finishing stone accurately
  • Reading and working from drawings
  • Installing stone benchtops on residential and builder sites
  • Checking site measurements and ensuring correct fit
  • Adjusting panels and components for a clean finish
  • Liaising with builders and trades on site
  • Keeping work areas safe, clean and organised
You will be working with a team that expects quality, efficiency and independence.

What We Need
  • Trade qualification or proven experience in stone benchtop fabrication or installation
  • Strong experience working with stone benchtops, not monument work
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings accurately
  • Good problem solving skills on site or in the factory
  • Reliable work ethic and consistent performance
  • Willing and able to relocate to Queensland
Experience with CNC or water jet cutting is a bonus but not essential.
