CLEANER

We are seeking a reliable Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic and safe environment within our workplace. You are required to work minimum 30 hours and maximum 40 hours per week from Monday to Sunday as per roster.

Job Duties:

• Clean and sanitize offices, common areas, restrooms, kitchens, and other facilities.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company procedures.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report shortages when necessary.
• Follow health and safety guidelines while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or hazards to management.
• Ensure cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and within scheduled timeframes.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and keep work areas tidy and organized.

• Ability to work efficiently and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours if required.
• Good communication skills.
• Clean character background.

Salary can be negotiated as per your proven experience level; it will range from $25 per hour to $30 per hour.
