The Opportunity
Breadcraft is seeking an experienced Systems & Business Improvement Analyst to support and strengthen business-critical systems across our growing FMCG operation. This role focuses on improving the performance, reliability, and effectiveness of enterprise systems that underpin our manufacturing and supply chain operations.
The Role
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) based at our Head Office in Masterton. The role is responsible for supporting and optimising key business systems and processes that enable manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, sales, and distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyse and improve business processes supported by enterprise systems across FMCG operations
• Support the effective use and performance of business-critical systems and platforms
• Work with integrated systems including ERP, CRM, OFS, MES, WMS, TMS, S&OP, and related platforms
• Identify system and process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
• Act as a key point of contact for system-related issues impacting operations and workflows
• Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and finance teams to align systems with business needs
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to support system functionality and improvements
• Monitor system performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with documentation of processes, systems, and procedures
• Provide reporting and insights to support decision-making by management
About You
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, IT, or a related discipline; OR
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in business analysis, systems support, operations, or enterprise systems implementation.
• Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP or CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Ability to work across multiple departments and understand end-to-end business processes.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in an FMCG company” is preferred.
• High level of computer literacy, including Excel and reporting tools.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
