  • Working closely with the Network Performance, Compliance, Marketing, and Finance teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiency

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in above, preferably in a Real Estate environment
  • Branch Managers or Agents License
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Practical, solutions-focused leadership style
