We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, maintaining high customer service standards, and managing staff and inventory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day retail operations

  • Supervise, train and roster staff

  • Maintain high standards of customer service

  • Manage stock ordering, inventory control and supplier coordination

  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue

  • Handle cash management, reporting and store administration

  • Ensure the store complies with health and safety requirements

  • Maintain store presentation, merchandising and cleanliness standards

  • Assist with recruitment and staff development


Skills and Experience Required

  • At least 3 years relevant retail or hospitality management experience, OR

  • A relevant qualification in business, retail or hospitality (Level 4 or higher)

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Good communication and customer service ability

  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and early mornings

  • Experience with stock control and retail operations preferred
