We’re currently seeking reliable and experienced Machine Operators to join a fast-growing team with opportunities in Otago for projects starting 2026.

To Be Considered, You Must Be:
  • 3 years’ proven experience as a machine operator
  • Full Class 1 License
  • W, T & R endorsements (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong understanding of site safety and communication
  • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
  • Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
  • Additional licenses such as EWP or F Endorsement (forklift) are a bonus.

Tasks Include but not limited to
  • Operating excavators, loaders, rollers, or other plant
  • Trenching, backfilling, and earthmoving
  • Loading/unloading materials
  • Basic machine maintenance & daily pre‑start checks
  • Working closely with site supervisors and spotters
  • Assisting with manual labour when not on the machine
  • Following all Health & Safety requirements

Employment Type: This is a full-time permanent role. For applicants seeking employment under the Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV), the position includes a guaranteed minimum of 30 paid hours per week, in line with Immigration New Zealand requirements.
