We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Recruitment & Career Support Manager in our team
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate educational, administrative, and financial affairs for Tutel's programs and partnerships with NZ institutions.

Research, develop, implement, review, and evaluate educational and administrative policies to drive student success.

Liaise between NZ educational institutions, students/parents, and the wider community to build strong networks.

Provide expert advice on policies and procedures to staff, students, and medical professionals.

Consult with academic and administrative staff to coordinate and enhance educational programs.

Identify and address present and future needs for student and staff development in study-to-career pathways.

Research educational systems, monitor new developments, and evaluate their impact on Tutel's services.

Research and report on students' needs arising from curriculum implementation and career transitions.

Develop and deliver training programs for internal staff and external partners (e.g., on recruitment and career support).
What We're Looking For

Proven experience (3+ years) in student recruitment, education consulting, operations management, or career services, ideally in international study abroad or NZ pathways.

Strong network in education/employment sectors; knowledge of medical professional pathways a plus.

Excellent communication skills

Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and project management; passion for student outcomes.

NZ work eligibility or ability to obtain it.
