We are the Gateman Ltd - we specialise in a broad range of services covering different brands of automatic electric gates for residential and commercial applications, automatic road barriers, electric and general fencing, manual and automatic turnstiles,  intercom systems, keypads, remotes to say the least. We are growing and are looking for a skilled gate automation technician/installer.

What you'll be doing:

  • Install and configure swing, sliding, and pedestrian gates with automation
  • Diagnose and repair faults in existing gate systems
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and safety checks
  • Communicate with clients to deliver tailored solutions
  • Maintain accurate job records and documentation
  • Work safely on-site following all H&S Protocols

What you will bring:

  • Strong Gate Automation experience and knowledge - able to hit the ground running (with about 2+ years experience in the industry)
  • Great technical problem-solving and customer service skills 
  • A full NZ driver's license
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A commitment to safety and quality
