Key Responsibilities

Deliver structured culinary training programmes (theory and practical)

Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools

Supervise learners in kitchen environments, ensuring safe food handling practices

Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
Requirements

NZ qualification in Culinary Arts (Level 4 or above)

Minimum 5 years of industry experience with teaching or tutoring experience

Strong knowledge of food safety, kitchen operations, and industry standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work with learners from diverse cultural backgrounds
