A newly established private training institute based on Auckland’s North Shore is urgently seeking an experienced and passionate Culinary Art Tutor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured culinary training programmes (theory and practical)

  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools

  • Supervise learners in kitchen environments, ensuring safe food handling practices

  • Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback

Requirements

  • NZ qualification in Culinary Arts (Level 4 or above)

  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience with  teaching or tutoring experience

  • Strong knowledge of food safety, kitchen operations, and industry standards

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work with learners from diverse cultural backgrounds
