Position: Marketing Specialist  
Location: Auckland  

Hours of work: This is a full-time position with guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday  

Pay range: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour  

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify demand for education services and analyse market trends and competitor activities  
• Develop and recommend marketing strategies to promote the company’s services  
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital platforms and promotional channels  
• Assist in developing and managing marketing content across websites and social media platforms  
• Monitor campaign performance and analyse engagement trends to improve effectiveness  
• Identify new market opportunities and support business development initiatives  
• Engage with prospective students and families and support them throughout the enquiry and enrolment process  
• Maintain ongoing client relationships to support student engagement and service delivery  
• Liaise with internal staff, education partners and other stakeholders to coordinate marketing activities  

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in education consultancy, marketing, or sales-related roles  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills  
• Ability to understand customer needs and support marketing and client engagement activities  
• Experience in education services or student engagement is preferred  
• No formal qualification required if sufficient relevant work experience is demonstrated
