Alpha Recruitment is seeking a driven Procurement Administrator and Procurement Advisor for two fabulous contract roles with a medium sized public sector organisation based in Petone.

The Procurement Advisor will be supporting a friendly procurement team with tenders and providing the organisation with procurement advice. 

The Procurement Administrator will support the procurement team with end to end administration work and maintaining databases. 

You will be working with great people who love what they do.

You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have:

  • At least one years previous experience working as a Procurement Advisor or one years administration experience working in a procurement team 
  • Strong understanding of the rules of sourcing for the Procurement Advisor role
  • An understanding of the machinery of government 
  • At least intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

The successful candidates must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.

These contracts are one-two month assignments with an ASAP start!
