We are a team of three and are like-minded people who are committed to the Servicing and maintenance of Light to Heavy Commercial Trucks.

We have strong customer empathy and customer-oriented values, going the extra mile to please our customers. We provide an After-hours on-call service, providing roadside assistance.

The business has been growing from strength to strength since its inception in July 2021.

Full-time Minimum 30 Hours, Maximum 40 Hrs per week guaranteed.

NZ $ 29-38 Per Hour

  • Coordinate vehicle allocation and collection by clients.
  • Ensure vehicles are extremely clean and available timeously for collection
  • Manage vehicle returns, inspections and accurate on-charge processing.
  • Provide regular updates on vehicle status, Rego and Ruc    
  • Ensure leasing  partners receive exceptional service and communication
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, invoices and lifecycle documentation
  • Prepare executive-level reports tracking fleet performance and KPIs
  • Identify processes to streamline business.
  • Manage accident reporting and insurance engagement through to repair completion
  • Oversee vehicle infringements and registrations to minimise compliance risk
  • Maintain accurate vehicle inventory records in partnership with Finance
  • Report monthly through the vehicle management committee
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory and safety standards
  • Company Representative on Client visits

 

  • Experience managing insurance, warranty claims, and leasing processes
  • Highly influential communication on various levels
  • 4/ 5+ years’ experience in vehicle logistics, fleet administration, or similar
  • Excellent written communication and reporting capability       
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong customer service focus with a results-driven mindset
  • Current clean  driver’s licence
  • Logistics business acumen
