Job Description:

Excellent opportunity to join a successful and well-established Waikato based Thai Traditional Massage Therapist.

This job is required to perform: (specific duty tasks)

• Ensure the daily smooth operations of the shop.
• Opening and closing of the premises in a timely manner taking into regards the clients
booking requirements.
• Organising staff rosters to suit the booking requirements of both online and walk-in clients.
• Timekeeping records and weekly payroll.
• Maintain treatment records.
• Inventory and reordering of products and linen control.
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and quality in all areas.
• The hiring of staff including performance evaluations and disciplinary procedures.
• Develop and plan massage treatments and special offers.
• Assist ownership of concepts and ideas such to develop the website, make promotion, make advertisement and to keep Nakhon Thai Massage ahead of its competition.
• Procurement more staff for business including interview and applicant and assess the
applicant's ability.
• Training and supervises employees in the shop.
• Supervising the store security and cash handling procedures.
• Arranges the purchase and pricing of goods for sale including finding new products.
• To know and apply the policies and procedures as set out in the Policies & Procedures manual.

Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job

• At least 2 years of experience working at a Thai Traditional Massage Therapist; OR
• Qualification at least diploma Level 5 in Business
