Dynamic Group Ltd is a fast-growing mechanical and electrical contracting company delivering HVAC installation, servicing, commissioning and labour solutions across major commercial and infrastructure projects in New Zealand. We work with leading contractors and clients, providing reliable technical support, quality workmanship and strong safety performance. Due to continued project growth and new service contracts, we are looking for skilled HVAC professionals to join our service team.

Role Responsibilities

  • Service, maintain and repair commercial air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation systems
  • Work on chilled water plants, air-cooled / water-cooled chillers and VRF / VRV systems
  • Install, commission and troubleshoot HVAC and process cooling equipment
  • Fault find compressors, fan motors and refrigerant circuits
  • Carry out pressure testing, evacuation and ACR copper welding
  • Read drawings, datasheets and follow technical specifications
  • Perform basic electrical isolation / reconnection works
  • Interface with temperature controls and BMS systems
  • Follow strict Health & Safety procedures on construction sites

Requirements

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
  • Good communication and professional work attitude
  • Willing to be available for on-call / after-hours work
