Founded in 2012, the company has over 10 years of experience in air conditioning, insulation, and residential home improvement services.

The company is committed to helping New Zealand households create healthier and warmer living environments.

All relevant training, policies, and regulations will be provided.

Duties & Responsibilities

Read and interpret basic plans and specifications

Measure, cut, and assemble timber and other materials

Carry out general carpentry on residential projects

Assist with installation of framing, insulation, and related components

Use hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner

Maintain tools and ensure a clean and safe worksite

Follow all health and safety requirements and company procedures

Work as part of a team to complete projects within required timeframes

Skills and Experience

At least 1 year of relevant carpentry or general construction experience,

or a relevant qualification (NZQF Level 3 or above, or equivalent)

Ability to use basic construction tools and equipment

Physically fit and able to perform manual work

Good work ethic and reliability

Ability to follow instructions and work within a team

No requirement for high-level English or advanced qualifications

Benefits

Full-time, ongoing employment

Minimum 30 hours per week guaranteed (typically 40–45 hours)

Pay rate: $27.00 – $32.00 per hour depending on experience

Training provided where required

Supportive and stable working environment
