Delivery drivers Class 2 - Class 5

We are looking for multiple delivery drivers. 

Minimum hours of work will be 32 hours and maximum 70 hours. Salary will be $30-$35 per hour. 
 
To be considered for this role: -

• High standard of personal presentation and health & safety practices.
• Must have valid clean Class NZ Driver License (Class 2 - 5) or an equivalent overseas driver's license which can be converted into New Zealand Licence .
• Relevant truck driving experience in New Zealand is preferable.
• Must be available for early mornings and late evenings and to work over the weekends.
• Able to work on rotation shift – day & night.
• Be physically fit as heavy lifting is required. 
• Will work locally or travel long distances which means spending nights away from home.
• You should carry out routine checks of your truck.
• Check the condition of the load and make sure it's secure.
• Keep appropriate records of and check invoices for materials they are carrying.
• Keep Logbooks of hours you will work.
• Applicant should have basic knowledge of the mechanics of the truck and how to maintain it.
• Must pass company induction.
• Knowledge of transport law and related industry law.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures and how to handle hazards conditions.

Relevant work experience preferred. Successful candidates must have a clean criminal record and must pass a drug and alcohol test.
