Two Full-time Gardenning Construction Workers are needed！！！

Our company is looking for Two dedicated Construction Workers to work in our busy garden construction projects company.

About the business:

Z Garden Projects Limited is located at 705a Te Atatu Road, Te Atatu Peninsula, Auckland. Our company has been contracting garden projects since 2017 and has served thousands of clients to date.

About the role:

The suitable candidates will join our excellent garden project team and take responsibility for ensuring that all gardening construction sites are in an effective, safe and timely manner. Candidates need to work from a minimum of 30 hours to a maximum of 40 hours per week between Monday to Sunday from 9:00 am to 06:00 pm. Working more than 40 hours may be required with additional hourly payment, but overtime will be no more than 10 hours per week.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Owner, your responsibilities will include:
1.Perform general construction work on garden project sites. 
2. Erect and dismantling temporary garden construction site structures and facilities.
3. Load or unload gardening and building supplies, materials, and tools.
4. Assist in setting up the job site and preparing the surface and layouts with the instruction.
5.Assist with identifying hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair.
6. Ability to use garden tools with minimum damage.
7. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, lift heavy items, and stand for long periods.
8. Use equipment, machinery & tools in a responsible & safe manner.
9.Follow safety rules and regulations to complete jobs in a safe manner.
10.Clean job site once the work is done and clean tools.

Pay:

We offer a considerable pay rate between $30/hour – $35/hour for ordinary working hours and a higher pay rate for overtime depending on your skills and performance.

Qualification and experience reqirement:

Candidates need to be physically fit. Qualification is not required. 2 years and above relevant experience required.
Can speak Cantone and/or Mandarin is preference.
