We, FORTRESS GROUP LIMITED , are looking for an organized Project Coordinator to perform clerical duties on projects. The Project Coordinator is responsible for scheduling meetings, managing office inventory, and tracking expenses in various construction projects in Auckland, New Zealand. 

Job Details:

∙ Job location/region: Auckland, New Zealand 

∙ Number of positions for this job: 1 

∙ Employment type: Permanent 

∙ Days required: 6 days 

∙ Hours per week: minimum of 30 hours a week is guaranteed, maximumof 40 hours per week 

∙ Hourly rate: $33 – 38 depends on the experiences and level

Job description: 

● Schedule meetings and take minutes. 

● Order office supplies as needed. 

● Track project expenses. 

● Plans and undertakes administration of organisational projects 

● Prepare requested documents for team members. 

● Conduct research for team members. 

● Create progress reports 

Job pre-requisites: 

● At least Level 6 Diploma degree in business management, business administrationor arelated field. 

● Attention to detail. 

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

● Excellent organizational skills. 

● Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
