Key duties and responsibilities:
• Plan, direct, and oversee all daily business operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Formulate and implement strategic plans and growth strategies aligned with long-term company objectives.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, capital expenditure, and financial forecasts.
• Lead, mentor, and coach department heads and senior staff to foster a high-performance culture.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management for key personnel.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track productivity and business growth.
• Act as the primary liaison between the organization and key stakeholders, including boards of directors, investors, and regulatory bodies.
• Review financial statements and performance data to identify areas for cost reduction or process improvement.
• Direct sales, marketing, and customer service activities to enhance market positioning and customer satisfaction.
• Manage business risks and maintain an up-to-date risk register with appropriate mitigation strategies.
Skills & Experience:
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work.
OR
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
Pay rate: $23.95 per hour, minimum of 30 hours per week
