Store Manager Needed

BHULKU CORPORATION LIMITED we are a Local variety store serving the community with a mix of everyday essentials and key services.  

Location: Tauranga Central 

Skills & Experience Required

• Diploma education in business/commerce preferred
• 6 month+ proven experience in local stores
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the store, including staff supervision
• Develop and maintain a schedule for employees and promotions centered on seasonal sales and other cycles
• Seek ways to better promote the store, the product line and service within the store
• Managing product, pricing, and seasonal promotions
• Oversee stock control, ordering, and merchandising
• Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times
• Develop staff rosters, manage training, and monitor performance
• Implement sales strategies to maximise profitability
• Maintain health, safety, and hygiene compliance in the workplace
• Handle the counter and customers` service
• Assisting Director for hiring staff
• Check the prices are correctly tagged
• Check the goods are correctly displayed
• Able to work effectively under pressure
• Any additional store manager duties as required from time to time
