A large, well-respected health organisation in Grafton is seeking a reliable and motivated Stores Person to join their busy supply team.

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in ensuring essential stock is received, stored, distributed, and delivered accurately across departments on site.  You will also be helping out with making local deliveries using a small truck 

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock receipting, rotation and replenishment
  • Counting, ordering and maintaining inventory levels
  • Managing stock returns, discrepancies and overstock
  • Conducting stocktakes as required
  • Replenishing stock across departments using trolleys
  • Ordering stock using Oracle (or similar systems)
  • Assisting with general warehouse and logistics duties
  • Deliveries around Auckland driving a small truck 

 What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years’ experience in stores or warehousing
  • Full class 2 Drivers licence and confidence with driving a manual Truck
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team-focused with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Willingness to handle various stock types (including hazardous materials with training provided)
