We are seeking a skilled and reliable Aluminium Welder to join our growing team in New Zealand's thriving marine/boat-building industry. This role involves working on high-quality aluminium vessels, including fabrication, welding, and assembly to strict marine standards.

Key Responsibilities
Perform aluminium welding (primarily MIG/TIG) for marine vessels and
components
Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Fabricate, assemble, and repair aluminium structures and boat components
Ensure all welds meet marine safety and quality standards
Conduct inspections and maintain high workmanship standards
Work collaboratively with fabricators, engineers, and production teams
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with NZ health & safety
regulations
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in aluminium welding (marine industry experience highly
desirable)
Strong MIG and/or TIG welding skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
High attention to detail and quality workmanship
Good understanding of fabrication processes
Physically fit and able to work in a workshop/yard environment
