Marwaha Constructions Limited is seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily operations on construction sites in Auckland. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Interpreting construction drawings and specifications
- Monitoring site progress and ensuring work is completed according to schedule
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and quality standards
- Coordinating the delivery of materials, plant, and equipment
- Liaising with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Reporting on project progress and resolving on-site issues
- Conducting regular site inspections and maintaining site records
Requirements:
- Level 5 qualification in construction or related field OR at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety practices
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage time, resources, and multiple tasks efficiently
