Key Responsibilities
· Oversee staff rostering, timekeeping, and payroll coordination to ensure optimal salon coverage and smooth daily operations.
· Monitor team performance, conduct staff appraisals, and implement ongoing training and professional development for stylists and beauty therapists.
· Maintain high standards of salon presentation, cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising in line with industry regulations.
· Handle escalated client enquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
· Manage daily cash flow, banking, and reconciliation of salon transactions, including retail product sales and services.
· Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, client experience, and cost management.
· Implement loss prevention measures, including stock control, product usage monitoring, and security procedures.
· Coordinate with director on sales targets, marketing plans, and operational reporting.
· Maintain accurate records of client bookings, sales performance, inventory, and financial reporting.
· Drive client engagement initiatives, loyalty programs, and strategies to increase repeat business and referrals.
· Ensure proper maintenance, hygiene, and safety of salon equipment, tools, and facilities.
· Plan and execute seasonal promotions, treatment packages, and in-salon events to boost revenue.
· Conduct regular stocktakes and audits to ensure accurate inventory levels of products and supplies.
· Support business growth initiatives, including salon expansion, renovations, or new service launches.
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations at all times.
Requirements
· 3 years’ experience or Level 4 qualifications
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Excellent communication and customer service abilities
· Good organizational and time management skills
· Basic computer skills
