Minimum Working Hours: 30 hours per week

Pay & Benefits: $24 per hour (negotiable depending on experience/qualification)

 Key Responsibilities of the role to discuss during interview:

 

·         Plan, organise and control the daily operations of the windscreen repair and replacement workshop.

·         Ensure efficient scheduling and completion of vehicle glass repair and replacement services.

·         Monitor workflow and allocate tasks to technicians to maintain productivity and service quality.

·         Maintain service standards and ensure timely completion of customer bookings.

·         Recruit, train, supervise and coordinate workshop technicians and support staff.

·         Prepare staff rosters, allocate duties and monitor staff performance.

·         Manage purchasing of parts and materials from suppliers.

·         Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure adequate stock levels.

·         Oversee customer enquiries, bookings and service requests.

·         Provide technical advice to customers regarding repair or replacement options.

·         Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.

·         Maintain records of stock usage, service transactions and workshop performance.

·         Assist in budgeting and monitoring operational costs.

·         Support marketing initiatives to promote windscreen repair and replacement services.

·         Assist in developing partnerships with insurance companies and fleet customers.
