We are currently seeking three (3) reliable and experienced Solar Installers to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within the fast-growing renewable energy sector, installing high-quality solar systems for residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsiblities

  • Installing solar panels, inverters, battery storage systems and related equipment in residential and commercial properties
  • Ensuring all installations comply with electrical, safety and industry standards.
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings, system designs and specifications.
  • Mounting racking systems and solar panels securely on roofs and other structures.
  • Performing system wiring, testing and commissioning of solar systems.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting installation issues when required.
  • Maintaining tools, equipment and a clean, safe work environment.
  • Working collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
  • Ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Adhering strictly to workplace health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a Level 4 qualification in a relevant field OR have a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
  • Experience in solar installation will be given preference.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safe work practices.
  • Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good verbal communication skills.

  • This role is based on 32 hours of work per week.
