A large, well-respected health organisation in Grafton is seeking a reliable and motivated Stores Person to join their busy supply team.

About the Role
You’ll play a key role in ensuring essential stock is received, stored, distributed, and delivered accurately across departments on site. You will also be helping out with making local deliveries using a small truck
Key Responsibilities
- Stock receipting, rotation and replenishment
- Counting, ordering and maintaining inventory levels
- Managing stock returns, discrepancies and overstock
- Conducting stocktakes as required
- Replenishing stock across departments using trolleys
- Ordering stock using Oracle (or similar systems)
- Assisting with general warehouse and logistics duties
- Deliveries around Auckland driving a small truck
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years’ experience in stores or warehousing
- Full class 2 Drivers licence and confidence with driving a manual Truck
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Team-focused with a positive, can-do attitude
- Willingness to handle various stock types (including hazardous materials with training provided)
