We are seeking a skilled Aluminium Welder to join our team. This role focuses exclusively on fabricating and welding aluminium ramps. If you have strong MIG/TIG aluminium welding skills, attention to detail, and pride in quality workmanship, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

This position is responsible for the fabrication and welding of a range of aluminium ramps. You will be working from drawings or set specifications to produce safe, high‑quality ramps to consistent standards. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys precision work and working within a workshop environment.
 
This role is for 30 - 40 hours weekly. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high‑quality aluminium welding (MIG/TIG depending on job requirements)
  • Fabricate and assemble aluminium ramps from raw material to finished product
  • Interpret fabrication drawings, templates, and measurements
  • Ensure all ramps meet structural, quality, and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment
  • Conduct self‑checks and quality inspections on completed work
  • Support improvements to workflow, jigging, and fabrication processes where possible

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in aluminium welding is essential
  • Ability to weld cleanly and consistently to a high standard
  • Comfortable fabricating using jigs, templates, and drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of workshop safety and correct handling of tools and equipment
  • We require at least 2 years of relevant experience or relevant qualification.
